When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays)
You will receive a tracking link for your package on the email address provided when placing your order.
I made a mistake entering my address, what can I do?
If the information provided when ordering is incorrect, please contact our customer service at 04 23 35 08 05 in order to modify the problematic fields.
I did not receive my order
If you have not received your order within the time frame indicated on our site. Please contact the carrier of your package using the tracking numbers provided to you to identify yourself directly on the platform concerned. The MyBud Shop team will not be able to inform you about delivery details.
Where is my order ?

What are our delivery times?
We guarantee same day dispatch if you place your order before 3pm. Delivery times are 48 and 72 hours with Colissimo.
What are the delivery costs?
- Colissimo:
- Colissimo home without signature (up to 250g): €5.50
- Colissimo home with signature (up to 250g): €6.50
- Colissimo Point Relais (up to 250g): €5
- Colissimo Overseas without signature (up to 250g): €11.90
- Colissimo Overseas with signature (up to 250g): €15.90
- Chronopost:
- Chrono 13 (up to 250g): €18
- Chronopost Relay (up to 250g): €12.24
Colissimo home delivery without signature is offered in Metropolitan France from €50 of purchase.
What should I do in case of late delivery?
It all depends on the service provider selected and the formula chosen:
- Colissimo:
- Colissimo home without signature: Delivery within 48 hours (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Colissimo home with signature: Delivery within 48 hours (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Colissimo Point Relais: Delivery within 48 hours (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Colissimo Overseas: Delivery between 5 and 10 days (Excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Chronopost:
- Chrono 13: Delivery the next day before 1 p.m.
- Chronopost Relais: Delivery in 48 hours
If your package is not delivered on time, we invite you to contact the customer service of the chosen service provider but also Mybud customer service, to identify the real cause of the delay and consider a commercial gesture if necessary.
My package is marked as delivered even though I have not received it?
If you have received an email informing you of the delivery of your package to your mailbox but this is not the case, we invite you to contact Mybud customer service either by email or by telephone.
Regardless of the service provider chosen, you will be asked to provide a photocopy of a valid identity document as well as a signed certificate of non-receipt.
When our complaint is closed with the service provider, we will contact you again to return the package if necessary.
